Endorsements unlock booking
Turn on training enforcement and students can self-book only the aircraft a CFI has signed them off to fly.

With enforcement on, a student who lacks the required, current endorsements can't self-book that aircraft. Admins, CFIs, and dual bookings stay exempt, so instruction keeps flowing.
